Tunic & Trousers
1902 pattern British Army tunic and trousers as used in WWI. Our example is made from good quality khaki serge (made especially for us by Abimilech Hainsworth) with hand finishing to the interior white cotton re-enforced sections as per the original in our collection. Fitted with our own replica Kings Crown buttons. The suit is available from stock in most standard sizes up to 50" chest and 46" waist.

Guthrie Coat
This example was made for a British Army Officer currently serving in Iraq, he researched his regiments history in Iraq in WW1 and found that this jacket was popular amongst Officers and men for wear during the cold desert nights. It was not an issue item but instead made by regimental tailors for those who could afford one.
Deciding that he wanted something to keep himself warm during his tour of duty he commissioned us to make this for him. We extensively researched this coat with the client and are confident that this is an exact copy of the originals, it is made from an extra special quality Hainsworth wool that is very heavy, the khaki color has a distinctive brown hue to it as did the originals, a grey flannel wool lining is fitted. The buttons are concealed and two flap pockets are fitted outside and a document pocket inside.
The jacket is what we term a 4 piece construction and has a centre vent at the rear.

One Officers Tunic
Shown here is one of our World War One Officers tunic. It is made from the very best quality military grade Khaki Barathea wool, it is fully lined with a complimentary satin lining. We have a number of original officers tunics dated from WWI in our collection & we have faithfully reproduced them so that you don't have to wear those valuable original examples anymore.
These have been bought both by museums and leading WWI re-enactors for display and to be worn 'in the field'. They are exact copies, incorporating all the features of the originals, such as a ticket pocket in the waist seam and the concertina pattern lower pocket. They come with all the insignia needed for whichever rank you choose and are fitted with British 'Kings Crown' General Service Buttons made from brass.

Shown here is our World War One Padre's tunic. It is made from the very best quality military grade Khaki Barathea wool, it is fully lined with a complimentary satin lining. We have researched this tunic in conjunction with one of our customers who is a serving Chaplain.
It is an exact copy, incorporating all the features of the originals, such as a ticket pocket in the waist seam and the concertina pattern lower pocket. It is supplied exactly as shown and fitted with British 'Kings Crown' General Service Buttons made from brass.

Officers Breeches
These are exact copies of originals in our collection, they are illustrated being worn above, they are made from the very best military weight Bedford Cord. The colour is called tan and it is worn as a contrast to the tunic colour. The inside of the legs have 'rough side out' leather riding patches, they are laced up under the knee exactly as the originals were.
