Excellent quality made from softwood with steel
bands that will colour down to a rusty patina as
the canteen is used. The procedure for first using
these canteens is to fill them with water and hang
them up outside for at least 2 days to allow the
joints to expand, once this has been done you will
have a very good canteen. Fitted with wooden
stopper and metal chain attachment. |
